Need a Different Size (Exchange)?
No problem! You're welcome to exchange your item for another size. We just ask that you cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. We will happily cover the cost of sending you the new size. As much as we would like, as a small family-owned business it is not possible for us to absorb all of the shipping costs of exchanges. We really hope you understand!

Prefer a Return (Exchange, Refund or Store Credit)?
We accept returns for exchange, store credit or a refund - as long as the item is in new condition as delivered to you. This means the item hasn’t been worn or washed and still has its original tags. Please send product back within 14 days of delivery - unfortunately we are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.

Oh no! If your Be Love product arrived with a defect, please reach out to us. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and get a replacement out to you right away.
