"I BE LOVE in the world through my music—whether I’m singing for children and their families with My Radiant Heart Kids, encouraging self-love, acceptance, and connection, or with my new album Power and Grace, which reflects my healing journey of reclaiming my power by embracing and loving all parts of myself. The theme of self-love and acceptance gently weaves through all my songs and offerings, reminding us all of our inherent beauty and worth."

We’d love to hear how you embody love—through family, activism, creativity, community care, or any brief story about the Love you share in the world.
We will send a BE LOVE T-shirt of your choice to those who are selected to be featured - and share a photo of you along with a short story of HOW YOU BE LOVE.
If you or someone you know may be interested in being featured, please briefly describe HOW YOU BE LOVE using the button below.

As a returned citizen serving 28 years in prison I have come to understand how my antisocial and impulsive choices led to drugs, violence, crime and incarceration. Because of my experiences as a child, I created a belief window principle that influenced how I saw the world and others.
In 2016 I was introduced to the life changing potential of the Arts through four amazing Teaching Artists and the rest is history.
Today I see the reward of living healthy - mentally, spiritually, and physically. I’m going to leave you with a quote from Nipsey Hussle. “We got turned down, we failed, had setbacks, had to start over a lot of times. But we kept going at it. In anybody’s case that’s always the distinguishing factor."

"I BE LOVE by honoring the strength and beauty of my ancestors, by knowing where I stand in place and lineage, and passing down cultural knowledge, strength, resilience, and joy to the next generation.
I BE LOVE by using arts and wellness for social justice with Grown Women Dance Collective's projects: World class performances that teach and celebrate Black history, community arts and wellness classes, and our Joyful Movement Whole Life scholarship program. Celebrating culture and joy, helping break the cycle of intergenerational poverty, impacting health disparities in Black and Brown communities are all expressions of how we BE LOVE.
I BE LOVE every moment that I work to create a world where we are all seen, honored, respected, and can thrive."
